As has been reported by the San Francisco Chronicle and Adam Koval of Socketsite, Mayor Gavin Newsom has put his penthouse at Bellaire Tower on the market for $2,995,000 through Barbara Callan (his sister’s mother-in-law) and Robert Callan of McGuire Real Estate.

Bellaire Tower, located atop Russian Hill, is an amazing Art Deco style building designed by noted architect H.C. Baumann in 1930.
